The calorie-free stevia extract is referred to as steviol glycoside and in everyday language as stevia. High quality stevia products are a real alternative to sugar. Responsible for the quality and a pleasant sweetness of the Stevia products are the use of the highest quality components of the Stevia leaves, the rebaudioside A.
